Itinerary

The tour begins picking you up from your hotel at 4:30 am, we will go to the Northeast of Cusco City. On the way we will go through different towns up to Limatambo (flowery valley), from this point we will ascend to Mollepata. On the way we will make stops at Markahuasi viewpoint, and we will observe its archaeological remains, at this point the guide will provide us detailed information of the place, continuing along our route we will pass through the Hacienda del Mirador.

Then we will arrive at the town of Mollepata (2900msnm), where we will have breakfast, with a beautiful view. We will continue our trip by car to Soraypampa, during the trip we will learn about the flora, fauna and local customs.

Arriving at Soraypampa, we will start our hike (1 hour and a half aprox) arriving at the beautiful Laguna de Humantay (4100 masl), we will be able to appreciate the beautiful landscape, and the imposing view of the Humantay and Salkantay peaks, after a brief rest we will return by the same route to Soraypampa. Return by car to Mollepata, where we will enjoy a buffet lunch. Return to Cusco. (05:00 PM Approx)
